Event Animation

The biggest annual event for broadcasters and media agencies in germany, is a special occasion to flex the visual muscles and impress audience and competitors with a mind-blowing show. It is a stage for high profile speakers, presenting visions for the future and to celebrate success.

Briefing

We teamed up with our friends at Seeblick media, to create spectacular visuals for Discovery. Every channel had to be presented as unique brand under the visual roof of Discovery Networks.
A seamless combination of animation sequences and speaker presentations was mandatory, to create a balance of informational presentation and impactful show.

Approach

The initial concept was to develop a mixture of collage and realistic environment as a metaphor for the channel content. Every world was build, by using a combination of camera projected elements and 3d models. Animations were created as loops, providing flexibility for the speaker presentations. Dynamic camera movements created seamless transitions between the channel worlds and presentations.
