Ready, steady click! Commissioned by Serviceplan we created a sophisticated character toolkit for this diversified animated 80 second spot with astonishing and smooth transitions to promote „book a group“: the new group booking tool from Lufthansa.
Making Of
In order to achieve the simple and reduced 2D look for the commercial but still have lots of flexibilty in transitions and camera movement, the main setup of all characters and elements was done in a 3D program.
As the spot features many different characters, it was important that one basic setup would work for them all. After the main character design was established, we could easily transform them from a serious buisness man into a casual tourist!
